What it is & why it matters
Wiring Harness & Connectors
The harness routes power and signals between battery, controller, motor, throttle and display. Waterproof connectors (IP67), correct wire gauge and clean crimping prevent the intermittent faults that plague humid, dusty, vibrating two-wheelers. A good harness is invisible — until it fails.

How to choose for Pakistan
- IP67 connectors everywhere power meets the weather.
- Size wire gauge to continuous current (ampacity table).
- Cold-pressed crimps, never soldered joints in vibe zones.
- XLPE insulation for under-seat heat.
Common buying mistakes
- Wrong gauge melts under load (fire risk).
- Non-waterproof plugs corrode in PK humidity.
- Soldered joints crack on rough roads.

Buyer FAQ
Common questions
Pakistan's humidity and monsoon flood cheap plugs; IP67 keeps power and signals corrosion-free.
Use an ampacity table — undersized wire overheats and can melt or catch fire under load.
Cold-pressed crimps survive vibration; solder joints crack on rough roads. Crimp in vibe zones.
