Incoterms offered: EXW, FOB Shenzhen/Ningbo, CFR & CIF Karachi (Port Qasim). Inland Pakistan delivery (Lahore, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Islamabad) is arranged by your clearing agent — we coordinate documentation directly with them.

⚠️ Safety rule: pay only against the stamped proforma invoice (PI) bearing our company name and bank details — issued the same day your order is confirmed. We never change bank details mid-deal; verify on WhatsApp video if in doubt.

- Packing list with carton dimensions & weights
- Bill of lading / airway bill
- Certificate of origin
- Technical datasheets supporting the 1% EV-specific duty claim
- Batch test reports; SGS / BV pre-shipment inspection on request

- Samples ship by air in 5–8 days; cost fully deducted from your first bulk order
- 12-month warranty; confirmed defects replaced 1:1 in the next shipment, no replacement freight
- 100% pre-shipment testing on electronics (hipot, insulation, burn-in) with batch reports
- Third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TUV) welcome — book at confirmation, we prepare the lot
